Week 1

The Battlefield of Life - Conquering Your Inner Conflict

Concept: Recognizing the "Kurukshetra" within ourselves—the daily battle between our higher wisdom and lower impulses (like procrastination, anger, or doubt).

Gita Verse (2.3):
"Don’t yield to this weakness.
It doesn’t suit you.
Shake off this
petty faint-heartedness and arise!"

Activity: "The Two Charioteers" Debate. Split into groups. One argues for Arjuna's perspective (fear, confusion), the other for Krishna's (duty, courage). This builds empathy and critical thinking.

Modern Application:
Discuss how this
relates to standing
up for someone beingbullied
or choosing to
study over playing video games.

Week 2

The Yoga of Action - Excellence in Everything You Do

Concept:
Karma Yoga -
Redefining success from "winning" to
"giving your
best effort."

Gita Verse (2.47):
"You have a right to perform your prescribed duties,
but you are not
entitled to the fruits of your actions."

Activity: “The Result-Free Zone” Challenge—teams build the tallest, most creative tower. Midway, reveal no prize exists; debrief on motivation shifts and authentic enjoyment.

Modern Application:
Relating this to focusing on learning in a test rather than just the grade,
or enjoying the practice
of a sport, not just the final score.

A stronger ethical compass and the courage to use it.
